Delivery
- We aim to ship your order within 5-12 working days.
Discount
- Information on special offers and volume discount is available in the b-to-b page.
- When you order using a discount voucher, the discount will be visible in Step 5 (order summary) of the order process.
Final dimensions
- The final dimensions of your face mounted photo might be a few millimeters smaller than the requested format. This is due to wastage during cutting.
Image editing
- In principle, we won't correct your images. We assume that you send us images that are ready for production. Our customers are responsible for sending us good quality images. When necessary, we will only change the dimensions of the image when they don't match the print dimensions.
Images
- In the site map you'll find several links to pages that explain how to send us your images.
Order
- Click on "order" in the menu on the left.
- Choose between uploading your image or sending us a print.
- When you choose upload, you need to select the product type (A, B, or C), this is Step 1.
- For example when you choose Type C and click on "next", you can choose and upload one or more images. This is Step 2.
- When you want to add another product type to your order, you can add it in step 4 of the order process.
- In Step 3 you will choose the quantity and dimensions. Please note that we will process the images as you send and specify them. When you send and specify a landscape photo, we will make a frame suitbale for a landscape photo, etc.
- In Step 4 you choose the shipping destination. When you have a voucher, you can enter the code in this step.
- From Step 4 you can return to Step 1 to add other product types to your order when necessary.
- Step 5 is your order summary.
- In Step 6 you will enter your address. There is room for additional feedback or special requests.
- In the next step you can choose your payment method, through the internet (Mastercard, Visa, American Express or iDeal) or a normal banktransfer.
- When you have finished the order process, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We will start the production after we have received your payment. When you have chosen internet payment, the webpage will display whether your payment has succeeded. When you have chosen bank transfer, you will receive an email from us as soon as we have received your payment and started the production.
- The invoice will be included in the email with the message that we have shipped your product(s).
Plexiglass
- By default, we mount your photos with clear Plexiglass. However, it is possible to deliver photos mounted with matte non-reflective Plexiglass (only Type B and C). The additional costs are 15% of the prices mentioned on the website. Please send us an email when you prefer matte non-reflective Plexiglass.
Prices
- Click on "prices" in the menu on the left to find our pricelist.
- On the same page you will find a link to a page where you can calculate the price including shipping costs.
- By default, your photo is printed on glossy photo paper. A matte print instead of a glossy print is available as well on special request at no additional costs. Please send us an email when you prefer a matte print.
Sample
- In the site map (and on the b-to-b page) you'll find a link to order a Type C sample. The dimensions are 20 x 13 cm. The costs of this sample will be refunded when you order a Type C product afterwards. For that you will automatically receive a voucher.
Special requests
- When you have special requests, please use the remarks box in Step 6 of the order process (for more info, see 'Order').
Test print
- At an additional fee it is possible to make a test print of your image on A4 size. You will receive a discount voucher for a Type C product when you order a test print. Please refer to the site map for a link that explains the procedure in more detail.
Voucher
- When you have a voucher, you can enter the voucher number in Step 4 of the order process. The discount will be displayed in Step 5, the order summary.
