Acrylic glass (perspex) scratch remover

Acrylic glass is sensitive to scratches and that's why it can occur that over the years you'll find a disturbing little scratch on your image at a certain time.

Xerapol scratch remover offers a simple solution to this problem. This special polishing paste enables the user to remove scratches fast and inexpensive. The acrylic glass will then shine and look as good as new!

Application: use scratch-proof clean cloths (for example new microfiber cloths or a wad of cotton) and start cleaning the surface (alcohol / methylated spirit), after that apply a bit of paste. Polish the scratched parts for 2-3 minutes with firm pressure and a soft, clean scratch-proof cloth. With deep scratches repeat the application several times. Remove residue.

The paste is:
- non-toxic
- water-soluble
- easily washable
- suitable for polishing machines

How it works: the synthetic material will dissolve somewhat and is grinded with very fine grinding dust. The disturbing edges of the scratches are rounded off and the base of the groove is filled up. Because of that the surface becomes smooth and shiny again.
